The Rooibos, in Afrikaans meaning Red Bush, grows in South Africa’s fynbos biome in the Cedarberg, situated in the Western Cape province of South Africa. This fynbos region is known for its exceptional biodiversity. The leaves of the Rooibos are used to make an herbal tea of the same name which has been popular in Southern Africa for many generations and has gained popularity internationally.
